Accomodation in Bozcaada

The island accomodations can be divided into two groups: Authentically tasteful hotels and pensions at the center, or vineyard houses, holiday villages and camping sites outside the town. The latter enables you to enjoy nature to the fullest, in the midst of vineyards and fruit-bearing trees. If you are staying in town, everywhere is within walking distance. If not, you may need a means of transportation to get to where you are staying. Generally speaking, room prices comprise of room-and-board and breakfast. These breakfasts are a delight not to be missed, since they include locally produced olives and cheeses, natural preserves, as well as vegetables freshly picked from the garden. The warm hospitality of the islanders comes as a generous bonus! It would be wise to book in advance during the busy months of July and August. Some hotels do stay open during the winter months.
